We're excited that you'd like to be an exhibitor at the Indy Classic Computer and Video Game Expo! Here's what you need to know:

Table Information

Table Cost: $40 per table.

Table Size: All tables are 8 feet long.

Multiple Tables: You may request more than one table in the table request form. To ensure everyone gets a chance for at least one table, we process multiple table requests closer to the start of the show (similar to VCFMW). Most exhibitors who request multiple tables are able to get them.

Payment Process: Requests for tables go into a queue that we process every few days. Once processed, you will receive a PayPal invoice for payment.
